25.01.2022 Jump for joy! Comps are just one 1 week away!!! Its been a long road but weve nearly made it. In what has been one of the toughest years in our sports history, we would like to thank the tireless efforts of our Coaches, Volunteers, Parents, Theatre Staff and Board Members who have all gone above and beyond to make our 2020 Calisthenics WA Team Competition a reality. We cant wait to see all of our beautiful performers up on stage.

25.01.2022 Todays competition has showcased amazing choreography and magnificent teamwork across both Intermediate Grades. We are very fortunate to be able to see these beautiful teams perform and are grateful for the contribution that all clubs have made to ensure that our 2020 Competition could go ahead. 25.01.2022 .... 2020 CAWA Competitions .... After such a difficult year we are so grateful to be able to present our gorgeous teams over the next three weeks. We have commenced our 2020 CAWA Competitions today with two of our beautiful sub-junior sections. This morning showcased the Sub-Junior 3/4/5/6 teams and this afternoon our fabulous Sub-Junior 'B' Grade teams have performed.... For many of these young ladies this is the first time that they have performed on stage and we are very proud of their achievements. Looking forward to next week when our Sub-Junior 'A' Grade, Junior 'B' Grade, Intermediate 'A' Grade and Intermediate 'B' Grade teams will compete. Today's results attached:

10.01.2022 In case you haven't heard, CAWA is livestreaming this weekend's 2020 Senior Solo/Duo Competition for FREE from 1.30pm WST. During our Senior Solo / Duo competition, Caleigh Faulkner, one of WA's elite Seniors, will attempt to add Honours to her Gold Medal, the highest personal accolade that can be achieved through the Calisthenics Skills Program. (To be able to perform for Honours, a Gold Medal mark over 90 was achieved at her Gold Medal exam in January of this year.) Cale...igh will present 3 stage performances (free exercises, rod exercises, and aesthetic and dance) that she and her coach Karen Quinn have choreographed together. Each performance is two and a half minutes long and will be spread throughout afternoon's competition.
