19.01.2022 Well the other day my customer called in a company which I will not name,Came in to look a two A/Cs. They went over the units and then Informed my customer that the units was done and needed to be replaced after a 5k quote to replace they then called me.After 1.5 hours of fault finding,found all it was one unit needed a outdoor board. And the other unit needed a indoor. Just shows only use qualified refrigeration mechanics. We should all be looking out for the customers. And putting them first. Not trying to rip them off.
