10.01.2022 Complete deck rebuild.
05.01.2022 Had to give this deck a clean up, it was built over 5 years ago and never oiled or stained. The top rail on the balustrade needed replacing also. All the decking should have been replaced but wasn't in the clients budget. Because of the badly weathered timber I used deck paint instead of stain or oil. It soaked up more than twice the manufacturers recommended coverage rate of paint.
