25.01.2022 Calliope Electrical & Telecommunications is a small family-owned Electrical Contracting company providing electrical services to customers across the Gladstone ...Region. We currently have an opportunity available for an Office Administrator/ Scheduler. The position is a front line role based in our Calliope office. You will be working alongside the 2 Company Directors as a team to deliver results. Duties Include: - Answer incoming calls - Use Tradify to schedule new jobs as well as monitor jobs in progress - Manage the schedule of multiple electricians making sure jobs are completed within the response time - Provide quotes to key account clients for maintenance and service contract works - Preparing tender packages and submitting to clients - Process and complete invoices - Communicate with tenants, customers and other trades about jobs - Ordering of materials and receiving of deliveries for use on jobs. - Follow up quote approvals, outstanding purchase order rectification. - All aspects of Quickbooks software including accounts receivable/payable and bank reconciliations - Payroll duties. Weekly payroll through Quickbooks/KeyPay To succeed in the role you will also be assertive, and be capable of multitasking without compromising quality or attention to detail. The role will require the successful applicant to manage multiple business and phones from the one office. Experience with Tradify or other job management software is an advantage but not essential. Now, in 2019, our fleet consists of 4, much newer, machines and many attachments and trailers. The family shot below is quite outdated, as not only has our fleet grown over the last few years, so has our family - we will welcome our 8th child this month!
