Costs are explained in advance, and no work is carried out without customer approval. ... Standard maintenance plans are charged at a fixed basic rate per month (negotiable rate with no hidden costs).This rate brings a Technician to your location on a monthly basis to perform a hands-on maintenance and prepare a service recommendation. If the service can be accomplished in the first hour, only the Basic Fee applies. If not, our Technicians will recommend what steps need to be taken to remedy the problem and will be happy to offer you necessary repairs or upgrades at a separate cost. Our Maintenance Plan does not cover the cost of any necessary hardware components required to perform repairs or upgrades.
