22.01.2022 dosent matter your age strength training is important! jacks wife broke her leg 6 months ago and is looking at maybe having to have a knee reco aswell after having alot of issues! the impressive thing about it is she has never been in a gym in her life but is seeing a massive difference in only a month with the pain and range of movment in her knee ! not to mention all the new things she gets to learn. this part of my job never gets old and glad i can help :)
19.01.2022 most people in the world love a good coffee or tea! ( if you dont thats fine aswell) but like all foods and beverages to much of anything isnt good for you! apart from getting people through the day their are some good health benifits to coffee aswell!

16.01.2022 every monday wednesday and friday 7am hear for rehab over the last month. running jumping kicking! ankles starting to feel great. can finally progress to some land jumping and possibly skipping!

14.01.2022 been working on some simple glute activation exercises over the last few month with some great success! alot of my clients have had serious lower back issues! not to mention the added benfit of better squat form and running power :)

06.01.2022 what pt / training is all about teaching them something they didnt no already. seems something so simple but most people dont do it. this isnt complicated by any means! if you have trouble making it to the gym plan ahead. Cathrine Tabner good job!
