19.01.2022 Hey Guys, I have done some organising and have decided that whilst gyms are closed, I can still offer some services to make sure we stay on top of our health. These will include - Modified PT sessions - $40 If you have your own equipment, this will be a good one for you! I will come to specified area (I will discuss this with you personally) and we will do our PT’s modifies to the equipment and space we have. Social distancing rules will be implemented. ... Group PT sessions - $15 I am going to hold a bootcamp style group session at the Brighton Army Barracks, information on the first session is below. This will be body weight exercises, focussing on strength, conditioning and cardio. Please sign up for this one PRIOR to the session as per the government guidelines I can only have 10 people including myself. Social distancing rules will be implemented. Home workout plans - $10 For those of you who are happy working out at home, I will create a personalised home workout plan to suit you and help you improve your fitness through various exercises focussing on strength, conditioning and cardio. 24/7 Online Support - FREE Please feel free to contact me if you need any type of support, remember to look after your health both physical and mental, and ask me if you need any advice relating to this. Just a reminder, all social distancing measures and extra precautions will be implemented at these sessions. If you have travelled in the last 14 days or have any symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough ect.) you will not be able to participate in individual or group PT sessions. 18.01.2022 Hi all, as you’ve been made aware all gyms have been closed and I’ve had to postpone all PT sessions at Zap Bridgewater until further notice. HOWEVER, Just because we can’t do our normal routine, doesn’t mean we should go backwards! Remember to stay motivated, and look after yourselves. A few things you can focus on without a gym including your flexibility and mobility, as well as eating healthy. Both your physical health and mental health are important and we should conti...nue to look after them despite having no access to a gym. 02.01.2022 Hey guys! As most of you know Gyms are due to reopen on Monday the 15th of June and I’m excited to let you know that I am now taking bookings for the week starting that Monday! I am still offering casual 1 on 1 PT sessions as well as 3 different 10 week transformation challenges including: either 1, 2 or 3 40 min sessions per week personalised training plan weekly check-ins ... Due to the restrictions put in place by the government, session times are limited and ALL BOOKINGS ARE MADE ON A TENTATIVE BASIS UNTIL I CONFIRM YOUR SESSION TIME CLOSER TO THE DATE. I want to ensure you that all government advised protocols including sanitising equipment before and after use and social distancing measures will continue to be followed at every session to ensure everyones safety. As some of you may have heard, over the isolation break I completed the ‘Science of Nutrition’ course by Dr Layne Norton and am now offering 10 Week Nutrition plans as well, This includes: personalised nutrition plan personalised supplement plan weekly check-ins (including weigh in and measurements) The advertised cost for this plan is $50pw, however, to celebrate the reopening of gyms and to motivate you all to get back into kicking your goals, I am offering this plan for $30pw to all CBBC clients (existing and new) when paired with a 10 week transformation challenge (as listed above).
