21.01.2022 This is a presentation of Mindfulness Stretching, a physical practice to assist people to get out of their mind and into their physical body. Its like a meditation or a mindfulness practice where the follow-along instructions assist you to be fully engaged with your body. This is a public benefit presentation for those that are doing it tough- South Coast NSW, Gippsland, Melbourne etc. Normally presented in 10 week terms for $200 (in Canberra), I post this and subsequent sessions in the hope that they will provide benefit for individuals in need. 02.01.2022 All of these stretches are delivered with comprehensive Contract / Relax cues and detailed breathing patterns. These cues deliver participants into the Alpha / Theta brainwave state which results in great calm and relief from anxiety and stress.

With the parlous state of the environment and politics one can't be blamed for feeling stressed and anxious. Mindfulness Stretching effectively helps combat stress and anxiety by reducing the stress being held in the body.
