You can do it too. 23 hours ago "I went in with a holistic approach to wanting to live a healthier and fitter lifestyle for longevity not just a quick fix. A few of things like giving up chocolate, eating sensible portions and exercising more. I have now had no chocolate since the first session with no craving to either, i snack less but have more regular meals and get out exercising more.
