STEP 1: One heaped tablespoon of chai (Dandi Chai requires less, one heaped teaspoon instead) STEP 2: Add 1/3 cup of boiling water and 2/3 cup of milk of choice (our favourite is @originalbonsoy)... Here's what she did:... "I used 1/2 tsp of the Chai Baking Spice in my oats, 1/3 cup quick oats, 5g walnuts and 40g plain full-fat Greek yoghurt. Did you know that spices start losing strength and potency once they are ground? Thats why we only grind the freshest whole spices to order, keeping busy in our kitchen every day. Because of this, as well as the addition of fresh ginger root, our chai is a refrigerated product.
