25.01.2022 This tea has been saving my life lately! Balance is all about balancing your hormones so that your period doesn't stop you in your tracks. I like to drink it all month but you can choose to just drink it during your period. I was having terrible mood swings, feeling low on energy and having painful periods. Since my period came back at the beginning of this year 18 months after the birth of my second son, I have been experiencing ups and downs in my mood. I started drink this... delicious tea and it really helped. 3 months ago I ran out and didn't order any more, my bad mood came back, I had the most painful period that stopped me from doing much and I just didn't have much energy. We should all realise that our menstrual cycle is a cycle, it goes round and up and down. We need to connect with our bodies and follow how it is feeling. There is a natural change in energy levels throughout the menstrual cycle. Though pain is usually a sign that something is not quite right, not balanced. Hormones are tricky things that control our whole being, it is important to have them Balanced.

23.01.2022 Our new arrival came on Saturday. He was born in the water at home. We have been dealing with my 3 year old being sick as well as myself having a cold and then promptly bursting my eardrum! Hopefully we are all on the road to recovery. Baby Patrick is an angel so very content with being earthside. So for now, massage and aromatherapy services are unavailable until further notice. My herbal tea range is very much available. 15.01.2022 On Good Friday I was very privileged to support a birthing mumma. Things happened quite quickly, I met her at the regional hospital at 9am and she was doing really well with her partner and sister and baby was born beautifully and peacefully just before 12pm. It is so amazing to be in the presence of a mother birthing her baby.

07.01.2022 Have you heard of Hydrosols? Hydrosols are the leftover water from the distillation process of essential oils. They still have the same properties within them as the oil but diluted. They are great to use as face or body sprays/mists and are also beneficial as throat gargles especially when you are sick. It is a much safer way of ingesting essential oils.
