02.01.2022 COVID - 19 UPDATE To all our valued customers, Our thoughts are with you in these crazy and ever changing times. We wanted to touch base and let you know the measures the team at CalOffroad are taking to support our customers, staff, delivery team and partners. ... Orders Despite the many changes occurring daily, we are glad to say we are still able to continue running our business as usual. Our warehouse is fully operational, and we have our customer service team ready to take your order or answer any questions on 02 6456 4100 and [email protected]. As always, you can also place your order online. Shipping We have had confirmation from Australia Post and from our couriers that deliveries will be going ahead as normal. Minimising Contact Where possible our staff are working from home, and if this is not possible, we are maintaining the rule of 4 sq metres per person, which is easy in our massive warehouse full of sic parts. Extra measures have been put in place to ensure proper social distancing with our delivery drivers and couriers. Safety We are following government guidelines on hand washing and as always asking our staff to continue to maintain high levels of hygiene to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
