So we are publishing the dates here first for our regulars and followers. We are opening up dates between 1st to 19th Dec (yes it was a big booking). Minimum of 7 nights at this time of year. 24.01.2022 Wow...Its seems another year has passed by and we have enjoyed another year of sharing our pet friendly holiday home with many of you. Christmas 2019 to New year 2020 are already booked between the 24th Dec to 29th Dec and then the 29th Dec to 5th January. We will be welcoming back one of our regulars and a new family as well. This is just a pic of the main bedroom, only one pic so far as we were pressed to prepare for incoming guests after......... - A full fresh professional paint (ceilings and all). - New carpet upstairs. - New curtains in all the bedrooms. ... - New lighting throughout the entire home. - Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. (Had existing A/C in Main bedroom). - Brand new Forty Winks Plush Queen bed mattress with gel overlay. - And for those who haven't stayed recently, the front exterior is now rendered as well with a new front security door. We are excited to Welcome all our "Regulars" and all our New Guests to a home that we aim to always make a Home away from Home for you! www.beach400m.com

02.01.2022 Good afternoon Caloundra Beach Townhouse peeps. Today we took our first booking (in a very long time) for late June. Travel and holidays within 250 km's from your home will be allowed after 12th June. We are going to continue to Covid clean before every guest well into 2021. But for those of you who are repeat Guests...as you know we have always had high cleaning standards and regimes. When you and yours are allow to travel to our Sunny region, we will look forward to welcoming you all to Caloundra Beach Townhouse.

01.01.2022 Hey Caloundra Beach Townhouse Peeps, We are pleased of taken some new bookings with regulars and new Guests from 1st June ....Thank you! We have softened our Payment Terms & Conditions due to Covid...NO Deposits required. Please see below. Hope to see you soon!... For all Bookings with a check in date prior to 18th September 2020. NO Deposit is required, just in case the Qld Government tightens restrictions. Though your Registration form must be received within 3 days to secure your booking. Full payment is been requested 14 days prior to arrival. In some circumstances we will accept payment on arrival by mutual agreement. Please ask. If you have paid in full (14 days prior) and Restrictions tighten: Once Full payment has been made should the Qld Govt tighten up travel or holiday freedoms specifically impacting on your ability to stay with us, we will offer a Full refund. NO BONDS are been requested during COVID, though leaving the home in the clean and tidy condition to which you found it, still applies. We wish to let you know, that we are cleaning the Townhouse above and beyond Qld Health Covid safe requirements. Thanks for your time and hope to see you soon...Though Self Check in is available on all bookings via lock box.
