24.01.2022 Decided to try a better way of training. I used a rolling timer from the start of my warm through to the end of my workout to better hold myself accountable and push the intensity of my training up whilst increasing my volume also. This is the area of my training that I’ve been lacking in which has caused me to procrastinate more than actually train. Hopefully with this approach I can now utilise all the strength training I’ve been doing and apply it in to my WODs and increase my work capacity. Time will tell. I recommend this workout to anyone willing to try it.
