22.01.2022 Thank you to our awesome Year 9 TEAM boys for repairing these bikes. With the support of our partners GIVIT, they were presented to the Australian Red Cross for distribution to families in need. Please join us in thanking the students for their effort and dedication to community service!
20.01.2022 One more kitten has been rescued and is now with Canberra Street Cat Alliance group. We are still monitoring to see how many more there are before rescuing the mother.
20.01.2022 Congratulations to Ishaf, Leenah and Bailey for their achievements in the Education Perfect 2020 Maths Championships. Calwell High ranked 9th overall in the ACT and 419th in the global rankings, with students answering 8,740 maths questions online @epforlearning

13.01.2022 Year 7 & 8 are organising a Market Day afternoon on Monday 21 September as part of their Economics & Business unit. All students will be participating in the afternoon. Tokens can be purchased at the front office from Break 1 Tuesday 15 September for 50c per token. Information for token purchases has been emailed out and provided to students in Aspire.

06.01.2022 Calwell’s SAGA group won the ACT Young Citizens group award on Friday night. SAGA provides a safe space for the LGBTQI students and provides opportunities for students to work towards LGBTQI goals in our community. We are very proud of the SAGA group and their achievements and look forward to their continuing contribution to community.
