18.01.2022 Hi Cambooya, I am getting a lot of questions about the coronavirus, so I thought I'd share this. The best advice is the same as always: practice basic hygiene measure, wash your hands, cover your nose and mouth if you cough or sneeze and stay home if you are unwell. See you soon, John
15.01.2022 Hi Cambooya, Isn't it great to see all this rain! Unfortunately the wet weather has brought out the bugs and itchy bites are on the rise! To avoid being bitten, cover up when outside, particularly in the long wet grass, and use insect repellent. ... If you have been bitten, cold packs can soothe the bite area. Try not to scratch! If that doesn't help you might need an antihistamine or topical cream. Come and see me if this is you! See you soon, John
