22.01.2022 no rain/ dry gardens mulch heavily to reduce weeds & to keep moisture in the soil through hot dry spells water mulch heavily

22.01.2022 like a srub for your garden 1.5 wide 2 high and is a mass of show for most of year with flowers compact rounded plant its called plum gorgeous very little maintenance easy plant to grow its a stunner in flower

19.01.2022 now is the time to pick your azaleas / rhododendrons/ & camellias to plant. most nurseries have them in flower which makes it easier to choose your colour, all like acidic soil .buy special camellia potting mix just to help them along and seasol to reduce shock when transplanting

By pruning, mulching and fertilising it can give your garden the much needed kick that it needs to look its best for Spring. 13.01.2022 have an old pot or somewhere in the garden its really hot & dry try growing geraniums easy to grow from cutting have really nice flowers array of colours need little attention cut back hard when straggly evergreen plant frost tolerant

05.01.2022 let lawns grow don't mow to short looks great when left longer & mowed the lawn looks fuller & thicker fertilise & water heavily its hard to let it grow but the final finish looks better lawns seem to handle the dry weather better

04.01.2022 need mulch rake all leaves around the house & ask your neighbor if you can have all theres as well costs nothing & really enriches the soil its natural compost

03.01.2022 water early mornings not through the day as leaves on plants usually burn give the plant a feed of your favourite fertiliser to boost flowering
