15.01.2022 Day 21/21 YAY! Set a realistic goal for life after the challenge. Goals can be exciting but also overwhelming.... What is your goal It’s only natural to want to set a long term goal. In reality you don’t know if this goal is reasonable for you or become anxious. Instead set short term goals such as 5kg was a great aim. Then set the next set of goals. Each time you achieve a mini goal celebrate. Call your friend, come into your consultation and celebrate. Celebrate with non food related achievements. A massage, a candle, a charm. Many say -I won’t be satisfied until I reach my ideal weight and I don’t deserve credit until then. - the weight isn’t coming off quick enough Task Make short term achievement board. 5kg, days on plan, no carbs, dress size write them all down and then on the other side how you will acknowledge each milestone. Think How much it will matter is in a few years from now how long it too or that your long term success is your health xxx Exercise your resistance muscle. Affirm your goals and remember you are worthy of your success.

(Permit FP2817). What does this mean: Chadstone Centre is still open!... The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is deemed as an essential service and we will be complying with government regulations. We will be practising social distancing therefore no measuring however we will stillbe weighing. The office will be cleaned/disinfected after each client.
