25.01.2022 Thursday Taste Souffle with Celeriac Chips 200 calories Serves 1... Step 2 & above Vegetarian Friendly INGREDIENTS Souffle 1x large egg 60gms low fat Cottage Cheese Sprinkle of garlic salt Cracked peppet Sprinkle grated nutmeg Celeriac Chips 200gms Celeriac cut into chips or wedges Garlic salt Olive oil spray METHOD For Souffle Preheat oven to 180C Separate your egg white & yolk into 2 separate bowls. With a fork beat the yolk until air bubbles appear. Add the cottage cheese and garlic salt, cracked pepper. Whisk until smooth with air bubbles. Set aside Whisk the egg white until firm. Test the consistency using a spoon. When lifted upside down the white shouldn't move. If it slides off it's not ready yet. Using a spatula gently fold the white into the yolk a few times. Don't overmix, should be a firm consistency. Spoon into a ramekin that's been lightly sprayed with olive oil spray. Don't overfill as Souffle will rise during cooking. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a nice Golden Brown colour For Chips Microwave Celeriac Chips until slightly cooked then spray a little olive salt and sprinkle garlic salt. Use it in stir fry, scrambled eggs or saute in a pan and add to your steamed vegies with some light soy sauce- Yummm... How do you enjoy yours? Try this low calorie version Cloud Pizza 212 Calories Step 2 & above Serves 1 INGREDIENTS For Cloud Bread 1x large egg 30gms low fat Cottage Cheese Small sprinkle of Cream of Tartar (optional) Sprinkle grated nutmeg Sprinkle garlic powder For Topping 20gms sliced onion 40gms sliced mushrooms 2 tblspns Passata (12 calories) Sprinkle of oregano 60gms cottage cheese Sliced chives METHOD For Cloud Bread Preheat oven to 180C Separate your egg white & yolk into 2 separate bowls. With a fork beat the yolk until air bubbles appear. Add the cottage cheese and whisk until smooth with air bubbles- approximately 1 minute. Mix through garlic powder. Set aside Whisk the egg white with the Cream of Tartar (if using) until firm. Test the consistency using a spoon. When lifted upside the white shouldn't move. If it slides off it's not ready yet. Using a spatula gently fold the white into the yolk a few times. Don't overmix, should be a firm consistency. Use a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly spray the baking paper with olive oil spray. Spoon onto sprayed baking paper and spread out into a large circle. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a nice Golden Brown colour For Topping Saute onions with a light spray of olive oil until cooked, stir in passata and cook for a few minutes- until heated through. I saute my mushroom slices separately until all liquid has dried so that it doesn't make the cloud bread soggy - if you are time poor you could add the mushrooms to the first step with the onions and cook all together. Mix Cottage with chives- this will be your topping Once Cloud Pizza Base is ready, gently spread passata mix all over the top. Add mushrooms, then top with dollops of cottage cheese mix. Enjoy Variatons: *Use your choice of on plan vegetables- green capsicum, zucchini strips, pumpkin e.t.c. *Swap your cottage cheese for all veg. 240gms of vegetables = 60 calories Grill all your vegies and pile on top of your passata base for a veg filled option Contact me for your meal ideas 0400 313 687



19.01.2022 Who remembers this challenge during lockdown. Daily tasks and motivations were sent to each client along with videos of inspiration and in turn, a lovely suppor...t group came to life. Clients came into the center and wrote their vision on the wall of what they wanted to achieve. It was lovely to see clients come in just to read the wall and seek inspiration from their fellow human. It was beautiful to read someone’s strength and passion come alive but the ultimate reward, was to witness strangers form a community and lift each other up. Local business provided prizes and giveaways and during a time of need, we wanted to give back to the community too. For every kg lost we donated money to a local young family who lost loved ones in a fire. These are the moments you appreciate the kindness in humanity. The support is still going strong and one thing that is constantly asked in our over 200 strong member based is... when are we having a Christmas party and when are the information nights starting again..... 12.01.2022 *Tuesday Transformation * 'So I was that girl. That girl on the right weighed a LOT! I always knew I needed to do something about it but life just got in the way....too many nights out, too many nights in, and too much of everything in between. In the summer of 2019 I booked my 50th Birthday party, a big bash... 100 people, live band, big cake, photographer, the whole nine yards. ... One problem.... I was a fat person. There’s no way of dressing it up and I hate the word but I had to face facts. If I wanted photos that I wasn’t going to cringe at in years to come, I needed to lose my weight and fast! I’d dieted for my wedding the year before and lost a reasonable amount but I was still bigger than I wanted to be on the day and by the time I booked my birthday party, I’d put it all back on. I knew a few people who had tried the 1:1 Diet with good results, so I thought I’d give it a go..... I’ve never looked back! Salads are a great low calorie nutritious option, but the dressing is what can make or break your diet!... Options: lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, a little mustard, minced garlic, herbs & spices all add a nice taste to your salads. A little spray of olive oil is all that's needed to coat your greens- without the extra calories If you are ordering a salad out ask for the dressing on the side that way you can control the amount of dressing you use. This dish is usually one that's prepared the night before by soaking the dried cannellini beans overnight. ... With the availability of cooked Canned Beans you can now prepare & enjoy this meal in a matter of minutes. Fasolatha (Greek Bean Soup) 200 Calories Step 2 & above Serves 1 INGREDIENTS 80gms diced celery & onion 1tspn tomato paste 180gms drained Canned Cannellini Beans Olive Oil Spray 1tspn Golden Vegetable Water Flavouring Cracked Pepper METHOD Saute vegetables with a little spray oil Stir tomato paste through Make a broth with your Golden Vegetable Water Flavouring & 2 cups boiling water. Add broth to pan with Vegetables & tomato paste. Bring to a boil then add your Cannellini Beans. Cook until beans are heated through. Season with cracked pepper & enjoy! Notes: Cannellini Beans are a red light item so enjoy once a week. Canned Beans are precooked so they only need to be heated through. Always check the nutritional information on the back of your can as I have found different brands vary in calorie components. You could also use a calorie counting app like My Fitness Pal. 02.01.2022 Sunday Selfie I'm so grateful. My little business in its first year of operation was hit with a pandemic. ... As were so many others. From supporting people face to face, as consultants, many of us had to pivot our business. We had to find a way to provide the same support, comfort & encouragement without our slimmers having to leave their homes. We didn't want them to have to put their goals on hold. So overnight we became delivery drivers, pickers & packers, educated ourselves in virtual consulting all so that our valued slimmers didn't miss a beat. We wanted them to know that we were still here and they weren't alone. To be recognised by @one2onedietaustralia as a Rising Star is very humbling and an honour. Thank you to our head office for a fabulous awards night and my lovely gifts. Thank you @maria_cwp for putting on a special celebration. Thank you to all my slimmers who didn't give up on themselves during such a challenging time. Congratulations to all consultants for finding ways to put your slimmers first.
