23.01.2022 Congratulations to Matthew Whitfield, winner of the Club Championship. Matthew will now go on to represent Cambridge in the Champion of Champions competition, competing with the other Club Champions, to be held in September. Matthew (our Club Captain) won all his games (19pts). Pictured; Terry Thomas (Lt) won the 'B' Grade, Matthew with tight grip on the Club Champion trophy, Glynnis Ranger, 'C' Grade & Roger Jakeway winner 'D' Grade. Roger is relatively new to our club and c...roquet. Well done all. Thank you to Stephen Barnes for photo.

22.01.2022 At our AGM last night, Robyn Cornish retired from position of Vice President. Robyn joined Cambridge Croquet Club 2011 looking for something to do after the death of her husband. Within a short time, Robyn, accountant in her working life, was Cambridge Treasurer. After her time as Treasurer she remained on Management Committee. Robyn, has been an absolute treasure to our club. She has been the "go to" gal. If something requires organising or sorting...Robyn. Robyn was ver...y much involved with Cambridge Club being a venue for both the recent GC & AC Nationals. Having retired from official duties, Robyn would like to concentrate on her croquet. Oh...she is pretty good on the end of the mallet too! Robyn, you have been an incredible driver for our club. We all wish you well & look forward to you playing more competitive croquet. See more
