As Strata Managers, the important of a Strata Company obtaining an independent Building Inspection Report on their building should be a given and we work with our owners to feel assured we are assisting them. We will watch this program tonight........ watch this space!

02.01.2022 Strata communities are increasingly having to deal with air bnb in residential communities. If your strata have by laws in place regarding short term stays that allows breaches to be enforced. However, if yours hasn’t and some owners are using their apartment as air bnb it would be impossible to get the Schedule 1 Resolution without dissent passed at a General meeting. How do other strata tackle this?
