As part of our Intern Pharmacist Public Health Project, the Pharmacy is going to promote Mental Health Awareness from 1st of December, Tuesday within opening hours. In line with this, please let us share to you the definition of Mental Health according to World Health Organization, " Mental Health is a state of well-being in which the... individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community" May this promotion be one of our many ways to help you and our community as you all help us thrive during these trying times.
