17.01.2022 Thanks everyone for your patience this weekend. As has been done prior to regattas several times in the past, the Saturday run has been allocated as a practice session for those attending Lunar New Year. It's a very occasional occurrence and provides the competitors the opportunity to focus on their start strategy and regatta specific training. It also provides a welcome chance for some of the coaches and sweeps to sleep in - something some of us haven't done on a Saturday for quite a while.

15.01.2022 Great AGM yesterday. Very respectful and well organised. The new Committee has feedback from the members survey to take into consideration as they plan and lead us through the new season. Thanks to Ditto for organising our pre-meeting activities - paddling, emergency scenario and fitness session. Thanks to Michelle Garvan and Cherylene Lee for guiding us through CPR and defibrillation. Thanks to Hayley Hyde for her fitness and flexibility information. ... Congratulations to our new Committee: Ted, Mick, Kath, Judy, Jane, Anne, Karen, Anni and Mel.
