21.01.2022 Dementia is now a leading cause of death worldwide, with risk reduction more important than ever. It is never too early or late to do something good for your brain and reduce your risk. The Wicking Centre is running a Preventing Dementia MOOC (massive open online course). This course in completely free and is for anyone with an interest in brain health, or who would like to learn the skills to support people with dementia. All it takes is a registration with @BirdLifeAustralia, some green space, pen and paper and you can count how many birds you see 20 minutes a day during the week.
