25.01.2022 As I was enjoying my afternoon ride along the river this week my thoughts went to all my friends and family in Melbourne who have been stuck inside for the past few months. I just want to encourage you all to keep at it! You're almost there If anyone is feeling lonely or just needs to chat, you know where to find me! #covid19 #theendisnear #prayingforyouall #melbournelockdown #vicinlockdown #lockdown #praying #myprayer #lotsoflove

17.01.2022 My first episode of Accessible Noosa is here! As I said in my last video, I really wanted to highlight some of the amazing places around Noosa that go above and beyond to be accessible and inclusive. For the first edition it seems only fitting to highlight places that serve my addiction for COFFEE! ... Belmondos Organic Market & Clandestino Coffee AU has such easy access, lots of space and always makes everyone feel welcome and at home... love your work Noosa Boathouse and Little Boaty Coffee Bar is another great one along the river... (it's also a great spot for dinner!) Stay tuned for next week of "Accessible Noosa" and be sure to drop comments of any spots you know and love too! #accessiblenoosa #disbabilitysunshinecoast #sunshinecoast #visitnoosa #noosa #belmondos #noosaboathouse #accessibility
15.01.2022 For those of us with disabilities, it's so nice to be able to go and do family activities without any hassel. The team at Gold Class Cinemas always go out of their way to make you feel accomodated and well...... normal. Great access, amazing service & who doesn't love a glass of wine with a movie right? Thanks Gold Class Event Cinemas Kawana! I highly reccomend you check it out....
14.01.2022 Every guy loves to go out for a beer.... and who doesn't love a good view to go along with it. Luckily for me, the Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club makes it super quick and easy for me to get both! If you know of any accessible spots for a beer in Noosa let me know, would love to check them out!
12.01.2022 This week I took a trip to an old favourite... Eumundi Markets! A great outing for the whole family - with such easy access, local produce and not to mention, the amazing variety of delicious food! It can get pretty busy though, so make sure you get up early and go!
11.01.2022 A few throwback photos to celebrate these three! Without them it would be just another Sunday... Happy Fathers day to all the dads
08.01.2022 Just a little birthday compilation to say another big thank you to everyone who made my weekend so special!

07.01.2022 When I think back to my life before my accident, as a 25-year-old, I believed I was invincible. I had a crazy, busy existence, living my best life but taking no time to reflect and appreciate each day. Ironically, my father had been pushing me to slow down and it wasn't until I couldn't physically move, I had no choice but to come to a complete halt. It was surreal, and I lent on a lot of my past training and coping mechanisms to get through it. If I had an opportunity t...o give advice to a younger me, it would be this - take your time, you are young and have your whole life ahead of you, and through this change, you need to lay new foundations https://www.camerontoomey.com//5-useful-tips-to-help-you-s See more

05.01.2022 Some of you may know, some may not....but on the weekend I turned the big 5 0! Thanks for all the birthday messages and a huge thank you to all those who celebrated with me, especially my wonderful wife for organising all the festivities Here's to half a decade
05.01.2022 Since relocating to the Sunshine Coast, my relationship circles are now made up with people who didn't know me prior to my accident. It's been an interesting dynamic as often, we are defined by our past and many of our friends and family find it difficult to accept the new you. So.... I have come up with some tips that I have found helpful through the transition of living in a new area... Make an effort - Sometimes it is easier to stay in our comfort zones and avoid going ou...t. It can take me hours to get myself and my family ready to leave the house. To be honest, sometimes I feel like the effort outweighs the reward, yet I push through Don't wait to be asked - It's very easy to become complacent in and across our busy lives. Far too often I hear people complaining about never receiving invitations to do things. Don't wait to be asked, get on the front foot and if you want to do something For the full post, visit my blog http://ow.ly/PVrc50C8f4W

02.01.2022 Almost like a bite sized version of one of my favourite Ghandi quotes "Be the change you would like to see in the world" What do you think?
