18.01.2022 Hi Group! I need a test-group for my new 30mins webinar. It will be on my 4-part Model of Mindfulness and should be great. I am thinking I would like to do one at 4:30 today and another one at 8:00pm tonight and then one more time at 8:30pm tomorrow night. Please add me on Skype (name: be_mindful) if you are willing to help me out and let me know the time that would suit you in the comments. Happy to give out access to my my 6-week online mindfulness program in return for participation :-)

02.01.2022 I often ask my clients to practice self-talk just like they would speak to their child, lover or best-friend. It is beyond important to treat ourselves kindly, ...and be our own cheer-leaders. It is pointless and harmful when we are self-critical or self-damning. We can actually learn through mindfulness to be our own best friend. Observing our thoughts and changing them consciously. This truly creates a much happier and more peaceful place to live (our own head and heart).
