17.01.2022 TO ALL our friends and followers of Cameron Holmes & The Blues Dudes, thank you for your love and support of the talented, Mr. Cameron Holmes during his life and since his passing in August. We will all miss playing and hearing his music and his presence. At some future time it is hoped both Cameron Holmes’ studio and live recordings will be released. September 13, 2018.

08.01.2022 Dear friends, Today we scattered Cameron Holmes’ ashes into the sea at Half Moon Bay, the scene of so much happiness for our beloved friend, son, brother, spouse. He continues to be held in our hearts and his curiosity and love of life is sorely missed. Cameron’s music, much of which is as yet unheard will be released at a later date. ... Thank you for your love and support. The photo was taken after Cam’s ashes were cast on the waters of Half Moon Bay together with a floral wreath as per Cameron’s last wishes in August last year. Those gathered for the brief, private, informal ceremony then scattered petals on the water.
08.01.2022 Hello to all the Blues Dudes. Today marks Cameron Holmes' 39th birthday. To mark the occasion the band have been busy at work in the background going through recordings of past and I am happy to note that we will be uploading in the very short future some Live, Rare & Uncut material for your listening pleasure. The EP is also in the works to be finalised. So raise a glass of Rum and salute one of Melbourne's greatest humans and wish Cameron Holmes a very Happy Birthday. Love from all at CH&TBD
02.01.2022 Barry Maxwell is kindly going to play War Horse and pay tribute to Cameron Holmes during his weekly show Blues On The Hill this Tuesday night between 8 and 10pm on Sunbury Community Radio 3NRG FM. You can Listen on the stations Livelink and Barry also posts a podcast shortly after the show. Barry Maxwell interviewed Cameron and I once in the leaf up to a local Blues Festival.
