23.01.2022 Thats me 2 years ago, just Before I Severely hurt my back Before I lost my marriage Before my weight loss journey ... Before i lost my 25yr plus career Before everything I had built went down the gurgler Before I lost my house It amazes me what you can achieve in 1 or 2 years, when you look back it can simply amaze you. You might think, i lost a lot, but i really never realise how much i didn't like my life back then, i was not happy i was surviving, just running through the motions. The shining light was and still is my daughter, only 1 year ago, i was in a struggle to even see her, i was denied even fathers day, not even a phone conversation, what 1 year can do! I decided instead of sitting in my misery, cause believe me i was in a dark place and i can see how others get sucked into that hole, i decided to become the best me possibly for when I got to see her again. Most things don't happen as quickly as we would like, but give things enough time, and persistence and you will be surprised with the results. 2 years ago, I had no idea how happy i would be this side of all that crap it still surprises me how i didn't realise how unhappy I really was back then Cam #weightloss #persistence #mindset #thestruggle #weightlosstransformation
