22.01.2022 Sometimes a hedge needs to be reduced by a few foot! Good for the hedge and perfect time to do so! Our number #1 tip is to reduce it by 100mm below where you want to maintain a manageable height! Reason being is you don’t want to be always cutting it back to thick branches; this will make each trim thereafter easier, quicker and better results!

13.01.2022 Garden clean up! We installed this front garden 4 years ago and maintain it once a year; always comes up mint
11.01.2022 Corten edging garden bed around clients newly installed plants. Short term plants may be okay planted in the lawn but long term it is better to have them seperate from the lawn 1. They can’t be ring barked from the whipper snipper 2. They won’t be competing with the lawn 3. The mulch will breakdown and add nutrients to the soil and retain water ... 4. Looks better! @ideal_edging @menaisandandsoil

10.01.2022 Corten edging was used here to create more defined areas between lawn and garden; easier to maintain lawn edges and no gaps for the grass to go through! Oh and will look great once it rusts up!!

05.01.2022 Lilly Pilly hedge makes a great screen!
05.01.2022 Leaf mulch suits natives / informal gardens! Mulch is so important to the overall look and health of any garden 1. Helps retain moisture in the soil 2. Prevents weeds 3. Breaks down and adds nutrients to the soil 4. Makes the garden look good!
04.01.2022 Sorting some shrubs out!
03.01.2022 Lilly Pilly hedge trimming
03.01.2022 Weekly maintenance looking great after the hedges are done
02.01.2022 Insight into our week very busy start of autumn which is a good time to get any last pruning and fertilising done before the season ends! Autumn is the best time to install plants in our opinion because the days and soil are still warm and won’t cause too much stress on the plant. Installing them now helps establish a solid root system through winter and prepares them for spring
