17.01.2022 Let’s save you some money With the weather warming on us you will want to start using your air con. Did you know that air conditioners need their filters cleaned regularly. ... Not only does it make them work better it makes them more efficient in turn saving you money. Very simple process just open the front cover you will find 2 removable filters, lift them out and give them a clean, you can vacuum them wash them clean with a stiff brush whatever works best for you, then simply click them back into place. If you have a ducted system please make sure your filter in the ceiling is thoroughly cleaned. Who would have thought it would be so easy to save money

08.01.2022 HAPPY DAYS no downtime .............means more money in the owners back pocket The entire process took maybe a couple of hours but approved the tenant only minutes after they viewed the property. We strongly encourage full applications be submitted prior to inspection this way we can ... process applications talk to the owner pre approve tenants even before they inspect. 06.01.2022 DONT PANIC It’s almost over. After the year we have all had a holiday is just what we need. ... Camerons Office will be closed from 23rd December until 11th January 2021 but don’t panic you know we are always around if you need us. 05.01.2022 Did a little experiment I left a patch of grass (cause my very spoiled dogs love to eat it) for just on 3 weeks. Mowed the rest of my lawns at least weekly as usual. ... Mowed the long patch today when I did the rest of my lawn. Wow look how messy and unhealthy that patch is once its mown, weeds starting to creep in too. Just goes to show to have a happy healthy lawn you really need to mow regularly and not too low. I do nothing other than pull weeds out and mow no fertilising no watering. Bit of work every week will reward you handsomely. So to all my tenants out there who think I’m obsessed with the lawns at your house now you know why. I am obsessed with lawns
