21.01.2022 Update : brain mri is clear and the stomach one too yesterday I had other x rays as some parts of my legs are still swollen - yesterday I struggled with flashbacks of the impact and couldn’t really settle through the day - lucky I ve got an amazing mum who helped me to go through this rough day- oh yes also my best friend came and made me laugh good old nico

20.01.2022 All righty - Sunday update !! Collar went off today ! Gosh it feels good - I am still struggling with lots of pain at the moment still trying to figure out the medications dosage etc- so still work to do on that - I stood up yesterday and damaged my right foot ligament so have to take it easy with the walking etc- And I am finally going to rehab tomorrow!!!! Healing and care now- and still lots of support and love from you all thank you so so much - you have no idea how much this means to me

09.01.2022 Resilience - I am quite challenged - the normal myself would avoid any medication as possible - at the moment I am taking those pills few times a day - pain still not under control- I am going through waves - grieving my old self- it’s a journey- looking forward to being back home - my support system is amazing - feeling blessed by so much love - thank you every single soul to make me feel special- you are amazing

08.01.2022 Update 20/10/20 walking a bit around - still not independent but getting there :-) still working on that pain that keep me awake all night - today will be the first day in rehab- meeting the team and setting goals to achieve in the next weeks or months. I am staying super positive I ve got my friends , my family and my amazing Mansfield community
