24.01.2022 Our little side project this year, our D7R dozer with a Savannah Rip Mounder on the back and Auto steer... for bed forming, banana rows, avocado rows, contour banks in those blocks that are low or rocky where a tractor won't go. Auto steer works off GPS to accurately mark rows. #CAT #Savannah

Despite not being sure at first if the V-Blade would even work...she did the job spectactuarly on this macadamia farm. To see it before it got dusty check out our previous post. 10.01.2022 **Update** on our monster 9m V-Blade (5m - 12m spacing range). We have done some tweaking and added a Trimble GPS with Drain Machine Control and Autosteer. Awesome outfit! This V-Blade can now go straight into unlasered paddocks mark out rows to required width and form beds all on grade. It can even change grade on rows according to the Field Level II design. As well as form drains on grade. No need for laser levelling, sad but true! Probably one of only a few V-Blades with GPS technology. Always looking for ways to push the envelope with GPS as it saves time and money.
