19.01.2022 Improv cocktail night! I wanted to try a Cynarita but don’t have any Cynar so I improvised by adding some of the very bitter tonic infusion I am making (that’s another story) to a spiced syrup. I’m not sure if it tastes like the original but this is a deliciously bitter pre-dinner drink (Mine is the big one!) chin chin

06.01.2022 Improv cocktail night! A while ago I made some orange gin and tried it in my version of a Jasmine. I left out the triple sec and replaced it with some spiced sugar syrup. The perfect bitterness for a pre dinner cocktail

05.01.2022 @improv_cocktail_night is where I share my cocktail experiments and my talented friend Kia @paperhang hang has created this fabulous image for @improv_cocktail_night. Kia is a freelance illustrator who cuts up paper to tell stories she captures from daily life and nature. This tells a story of a fun night involving one too many Negronis..... Hop over to @paperhang to see more of her beautiful illustrations
