22.01.2022 Hi Everyone, This week at Day Care we are focusing on book week and our chosen book that we will be focusing on as a centre is "Where the wild things are!" On Wednesday the children can bring along their favourite book from home to show their friends and Educators!... Then on Friday we are have a Dressup day where we will all be dressed as our favourite book characters! We can't wait to see all of the children dressed up!!

20.01.2022 The OSHC children had a fantastic day on excursion yesterday at the Fremantle Prison!

19.01.2022 This fortnight the babies have been very busy learning and exploring the colour green. They used tree leaves as paintbrushes to create a masterpiece which is know proudly hanging on the wall. The babies loved exploring the green sensory bin together to see what they could find. All the babies work together to make delicious cupcakes for one of their friends who turned ONE this fortnight.

19.01.2022 Our Christmas Child Shoe boxes have arrived and we are very excited to start filling them. Any items that you can donate towards this great cause would be much appreciated (please bear in mind the size of the items you donate as several different items need to fit in the one shoe box). Also all items donated must be new and unused. There is a drop off point for items at the long day care as well as the before and after school care.

18.01.2022 Couldn't be a more fitting time for our germs plaques! Public service announcement - for the next few months pretty much don't touch anybody else's kids (unless... both you & the parents are comfortable with it). Some people don't even know they are carrying the carona virus but turns out they are. Admire newborns (especially) from a far & if you see one of our signs on somebodies pram definitely respect their wishes! It's crazy times at the moment! Xxx - sunflower germs plaque. 17.01.2022 A great effort from the vacation care children today who completed a 2km walk at the Ellis Brook Valley Reserve!!

16.01.2022 What a fantastic way to end the week with all of the children and staff dressing up as their favourite book character! All of the children loved showing their costumes to their friends as well as seeing all of their friends dressed up!

13.01.2022 After school the children were very busy baking today. We made our own cookies and decorated them. They looked fantastic and tasted even better

13.01.2022 The Kindy room had a very busy week last week. They explored many different sensory experiences i.e green shaving cream, goop and paint. The kindys loved getting messy!! They also made some very yummy garlic bread for all there friends to share at Lunch time.

11.01.2022 The Kindys have been learning about the letter "D" this fortnight so we ended the week with a Disco! The children enjoyed Dancing, singing, glow sticks and drinking fruity punch!!

09.01.2022 The Toddlers room has been very busy learning about the colour purple over the past fortnight. We have explored a variety of different sensory activities such as painting with the colour purple, creating masterpieces with lavender flowers, playing with purple play dough and trying a variety of different fruits and vegetables that are purple. During the fortnight the toddlers got to experience a science experiment where they used red and blue colouring, milk and dish soap to create a reaction. The children were amazed by the reaction the dish soap and milk had on the colours.
