05.01.2022 Viet's lamb shank has just landed in Avalon. Served with flat rice noodles or bread dipped in a gravy sauce... Braised with carrots, lemongrass, cinnamon, and onions.

05.01.2022 It was a privileged to be part of the dream state with @styled_by_her on the weekend. The cake was almost 10kgs and concrete styled minimalist designed. Viet loved to make these kind of babies as it let the cake express itself in taste and simple decorations . Very grateful indeed .
