10.01.2022 Dear wonderful clients and patients, Veterinary clinics are officially an essential service during the current pandemic and so we can remain open for business. We have implemented numerous measures to help protect you and ourselves during this difficult time and to allow us to continue doing our best to provide care for your beloved pets and fur babies. To minimise risk of exposure to COVID-19 we ask that you help by:... - Using the hand sanitizer provided at reception on arrival and on leaving the clinic - Consultations will be by appointment only and need to be made by telephone beforehand. This includes all routine and urgent cases. Please let us know when you have arrived for your appointment. - Only one healthy owner, capable of handling their pet is to accompany each pet during the consultation. Other family members should remain in the car or outside the clinic, while noting restrictions on size of gatherings and physical distancing. - Adhere to physical distancing recommendations of keeping 1.5 metres from others in waiting areas and around the clinic. - Weather permitting, you may be able to wait for your appointment in front of the main entrance on the provided chairs or in your car in the rear carpark. Please inform us of your arrival for an appointment. - Please phone ahead to arrange repeat medications as these need to be authorised and prepared. This will reduce contact time when you arrive. - Please co-operate with our staff and any instructions given. This current pandemic is a very dynamic and rapidly evolving situation.
