16.01.2022 Pool Lifeguards Are you an experienced and qualified Lifeguard looking for casual employment over the Summer season (from late Nov 2020 till March 2021)? If s...o, we may have an opportunity for you as a member of the Northern Midlands Council Pool Lifeguard team, with our pools located at Cressy, Campbell Town and Ross. A current Pool Lifeguard qualification, Senior First Aid and Working with Vulnerable People Registration are prerequisites for these positions and the responsibility of each applicant to obtain prior to the season commencing. You must also have a good work ethic, be reliable, self-motivated and able to work autonomously. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills and have an understanding of and the ability to adhere to work health and safety practices and procedures. Applications (current resume, cover letter and copy of your current qualifications) should be forwarded to Samantha Dhillon, People & Culture Business Partner, Northern Midlands Council, PO Box 156, Longford, Tasmania, 7301 or alternatively by email to [email protected] Applications will be treated with confidence and close on 19 September 2020. 16.01.2022 The Swimming Pool Committee's major fundraiser for the season is the kiosk at the CTDHS Swimming Carnival. The swimming carnival this year will be held on Tuesday 25th Feb. We are seeking donations of the following items to sell on the day: Sandwiches Salad Rolls... Sausage Rolls Party Pies Lemon Slice Chocolate Slice Cupcakes If you are able to assist the committee by making a donation for the day please comment indicating your chosen item below. Donated items can be dropped off to the school office or at the swimming pool on Tuesday morning. We thank you for any assistance you can give.
