25.01.2022 What a fantastic day we had at our Colour Run today! Wasn’t the weather just amazing?! Here’s a little sneak peek of some of the action......
22.01.2022 "Learn as much as you can about the culture and participate." - Aunty Deanna. Each year, NAIDOC Week celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, who are part of some of the oldest continuing cultures on the planet. #AlwaysWasAlwaysWillBe #NAIDOC2020 *Posted by the NSW Department of Education*
20.01.2022 *** Always Was, Always Will Be *** The NAIDOC 2020 theme recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. Campbelltown East Public School acknowledges the Dharawal people, the traditional custodians of this land on which we work, live and learn. We extend our respect to Elders past and present and acknowledge our future generations of Aboriginal people.
19.01.2022 SAVE THE DATE! Our Colour Run has been rescheduled to Thursday 19th November 2020 and we cannot contain our excitement! Please remember: - If you have returned a note to the office stating your child/ren will not be participating, they will need to come in full sports uniform on the day - White (or old) clothing is preferred on the day. This can just be a cheap white t-shirt and some old shorts you might already have at home. Appropriate closed in footwear is required. ... - ALL MONEY IS DUE BACK TOMORROW. Cash must be handed in to the office with your child's full name and class clearly marked in an envelope. After tomorrow (Friday 13th November 2020) you will no longer be able to fundraise either online or by collecting cash. This is to ensure our prizes make it to us before the school year ends! SO BE SURE TO SHARE YOUR PROFILES ONE LAST TIME TONIGHT AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET A FEW MORE $$$! See more
