15.01.2022 As a Counsellor I like to educate my clients on the importance of health and fitness for our mental health. However, I also need to practice what I preach. Over the Christmas break I climbed Pigeon House Mountain with my family as well as some wonderful mental health colleagues I worked with in 2018. Once on top not only did we have breathtaking views, we all shared these amazing positive feelings of patience, gratitude and persistence. It is amazing what you can achieve with a positive mind and great people around you.
