24.01.2022 ADAVALE COMPETITORS !! The committee were so organised and set up their own events I had no idea nominations were opening today! I need a few hours to tweak a few things they missed. Nominations will open at 12pm TODAY. Remember nominations are open until the 25th, so stay calm!! There is time people. ... The program is being pushed to accept events outside of campdrafting so bare with us as we make a couple of last minute changes to allow you to nominate freely if you aren’t a campdraft competitor. 12.20PM ** EDIT - NOMINATIONS FOR BIKES & RODEO ARE STILL RESTRICTED. We are required to make an edit within the actual program and this requires more time. We will advise when all systems are GO. In the meantime all HORSE events are OPEN **

18.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE Due to the excess nominations we received, we will now be starting our draft at 2pm on FRIDAY! We have to do this to have enough time for... our Maiden, kids and Novice. We will also do an even split of our maiden and novice so you don’t need to do anything with your nominations unless you have maiden horses in the open. 09.01.2022 UPDATE Gunning Campdraft will now run on the 24th and 25th April. We will reopen for nominations on the 5th April at 7am for 24 hours on Campdraft Coordinator.... All nominations entered and paid for the postponed event will be refunded in coming days. In order to make sure your refund can be processed please ensure your bank account details are recorded in your Campdraft Coordinator account. Please check and confirm this by March 28. Any questions please contact the Gunning Campdraft Committee. We hope to see as many of you as possible on the 24th April.
07.01.2022 Wandoan Nominations open TOMORROW 12pm /24HR What you need to know before trying to nominate. 1: You will need an account if you do not have one already. 2: You can add family members to your account by adding them as a rider profile.... 3: You will need your rider profiles and horse profiles set up PROPERLY with their rider levels and ACA numbers in there before submitting your nominations. If your levels are NOT against your horse or rider profiles, you will NOT be able to nominate. The program is designed to filter out riders not eligible for certain events. EG/ Open horses in Maiden events. 4: IT IS NOT A FIRST IN BEST DRESSED SYSTEM! Nominations are OPEN for 24hours and then the COMMITTEE with process them. There is no such thing as a numbered waitlist. We do not have control or power to allow you in or advise where you are on the waitlist. All communication other than technical support must go through the committee. GOOD LUCK!

01.01.2022 Update to Gunning Draft Program The Gunning draft has received a very large number of entries. To try to accommodate as many as possible the draft will now comm...ence at 2.00pm Friday 26 March with the Maiden 1. To comply with COVID19 requirements all competitors must register and wear a wristband. Competitors will not be allowed to enter the camp without a wristband. Gates will be manned to support this. The committee thanks you in advance for your cooperation and looks forward to seeing you at the draft.
