25.01.2022 We are proudly a one group Camp only No sharing with others only yourselves as a group. We are still in operation. Do the honorable and don’t come to camp if you are unwell, stay home.

23.01.2022 The beauty of our camp is we are a one Camp only policy where you arrive and have fun with your group and leave with great memories as a group. This is very important as a camp setting and if any colds etc this can be realised prior to anyone attending camp. Keep our groups safe by not attending if you are feeling unwell ... Can’t wait to see yas!

17.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone, family Camp is on at the moment. It’s been beautiful watching new families form closeness and build new families as they meet each other at camp. What a blessing to see. Please pray actively for all those affected by the fires for families who have lost their loved ones and those on the frontline and of course our leadership. Please if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms ie, body aches, cough, runny nose? It is advisable that you stay home and not spread it to your group or the wider Ballina Shire community. 2. It is advisable that you see your GP prior to any travel including travel to camp and engaging in camp.... Why? Because we would like to respectfully keep everyone including Camp Drewe staff safe from any outbreak of COVID-19. Lots of different stories and experiences out there from people who have lived her for more that 10 years and tried to access Centrelink supports but been declined due to having left the country in that time (even for a holiday). The following is the official link from the Department of Social Services with how residence is determined as opposed to calculated. It's a bit of reading, but in this time when Centrelink are going to be slammed with applications, you may get declined incorrectly. If you do, and you can see from this that you fit how their policy defines having resided here continuously, then you will need to refer to this for any review of decision. 12.01.2022 Camp Drewe is looking fresh and awaiting camps to start. Pray we have that opportunity to once again host you all. Please pray for our camp that it will happen soon and we can have life back here again. Pray our cancellations will stop and we function again as our camp experience is unique to having a group minimum of 20 and ultimately having that one group only experience which in this climate is safe. 11.01.2022 Hi everyone hope you are keeping well and safe during this unprecedented period. This time has allowed us to ponder Gods glory and relying on him. As a camp family we also look to support our community whether it is donating to the community or offering to do shopping for our neighbours, or linking them to vital services to assist should their need be greater ie employment, food, vouchers, safety or supporting on the ph or online. We are also taking the opportunity to atten...d to maintenance in our camp so it will be well prepared when we are able to reopen our doors which we pray won’t be too far away. If anyone has an expired registered ute that you are no longer using but would be useful for maintenance grounds work on the camp property we would kindly accept it.
