As well as our previously mentioned cleaning and sanitising measures we have been doing for past two weeks we are also doing the following: We are cleaning trolley handle bars and baskets after each use. We are limiting the amount of customers in the store at any given time to allow for customers to safely shop whilst exercising physical distancing.... 09.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE We want you to know that our first priority is the health and safety of all our customers and staff. We are monitoring the advice given by the Australian Government as well as the World Health Organisation and will follow any procedures outlined. In these uncertain times we will continue to trade both in house and via delivery services at this time.... As extra precaution we have implemented the following measures on top of our usual hygiene procedures regarding the outbreak of the coronavirus. *Any staff feeling sick in any way have been asked to remain at home *To accomodate for 'social distancing' we have made sure that as much distance be maintained when serving customers to minimise customer and employee contact. To further improve this, our staff will place the bag on the counter shelf for you to pick up, rather than directly handing it to you. * Our staff are regularly washing their hands with anti-microbial hand wash at least every 10 minutes *Hourly sanitising of all touchable surfaces including counters, tabletops, benches, trolley handle bars and floors *Sanitising of all EFPOS machines after every use - with customers urged to use contactless * Drivers on the road have been provided with masks, in order to protect themselves and our customers as much as possible. They have also been directed to sterilize before and after each delivery and wash hands as often as possible. We urge you to still support local businesses to help them get through these uncertain times - the big boys will all be here after the virus has gone but your favourite local restaurant/salon/shop may very well not be. Please note, due to significant item shortages, there may be a high level of out of stocks, in this case we will try our best to avoid this and where possible, provide you with alternate products. We have been & will continue to pick the best of whats available. Certain lines of produce really dont tolerate extreme heat & heavy rainfall, especially berries & leafy greens. ...
