15.01.2022 We are considering sub-letting part of our factory in Epping as we are down-sizing a little. Ideally we are looking for someone who wants roughly 150m2 of space as that is half of our shop. There are many ways the space could easily be divided up depending on what type of space you need. Could be used for storage, workshop or offices. Roughly $100 p/square metre p/year depending on the amount of space you want. If interested please get in contact.
