24.01.2022 While this pic in no way does the event justice, I've just spent an amazing two days in Wagga Wagga hosting the Australian Local Government Association's Roads, Regions and Resilience Congress. The tech by Adam Bannister from Pyrus Event Services was outstanding as we welcomed and interacted with guests live onsite and online. Some of those guests included Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack MP, newly elected ALGA President Councillor Linda Scott and Aussie cave diver Richard Harris, who played a major role in rescuing the young football team from the cave in Thailand in 2018. This Saturday I'm hosting the annual Real Estate Institute of the ACT awards. Events are going well.

16.01.2022 Amazing night last Saturday as I helped out at the Radford College inaugural RadVision final. 12 finalists singing and performing on stage, with students directing and operating a multi-camera, sound and lighting production to a live and virtual audience. Massive ups to everyone who was part of this. I can't wait to be part of it again in 2021.

Here's Ben Pollack and I with the pre-game comments. I'm pretty sure our version of the half time trivia comp was a first for Australian sport ever! A win for the Raiders is a great way to start the weekend!

15.01.2022 It's a great week for fans of the mighty Midnight Oil. First - here's me hosting the Midnight Oil Music Workshop at the Tuggeranong Arts Centre with Rob Hirst and Jim Moginie in 2016. South coast muso Paul Greene is also in shot. We did this session on the exact stage they played the Black Fella, White Fella tour from in 1987. I saw them play those shows at the Coogee Bay Hotel and Cronulla-Sutherland Leagues Club. To date this is still my absolute presenting career highlight. Second - this morning on Mix 106.3 Canberra while back and helping with the breakfast show, we played the oils first new song in 18 years. Gadigal Land rocks, and will be released tomorrow (Friday). Best day on the radio ever!

10.01.2022 Talk about pressure. This week while producing and working on air with Mix 106.3 Canberra's Nige and Tamara, we have teamed up with Da Bronx Pizza in the Forde shops for Nige’s Guitar Greats. We have a limited-edition electric guitar, singed by Bon Jovi to give away. Nige has been awesome in playing cool riffs and song intros, live to air, on his guitar one take and one chance at getting it right! I’ll have some video in the next couple of days and can’t wait to post it for you.

Great also to see the Business Chamber embracing a mix of a live, limited audience and online broadcasting. 04.01.2022 Ok, so here's one I was talked in to by my old buddies Craig Ebeling and Ashleigh Gleeson from Damsel & Sprout. This video includes a 'photo bomb' style appearance from a former colleague who is (pretty much) the reason I'm drinking in a video like this Craig and Ash are two of Canberra's best event specialists. Their business has been hit hard by what's happened. In the down time, creative minds have been at work for their entire series of 'Would you Rather'. When events come back - and they will come back, consider Craig and Ash to bring an awesome event together, treat your audience and make you look great.

04.01.2022 Here's one I'm super excited about. It was an honour to spend time recording this podcast with Canberra's Chic Henry, reliving the early (and crazy) days of SUMMERNATS. Episode 1 goes live tomorrow night, Tuesday 18 August. Throughout the series we speak to some of the great characters and entrants who have helped make Summernats one of Canberra's premier events. 03.01.2022 I'm just about to head up to GIO Stadium Canberra to ground announce and host the big screen presentations for the round 11 Canberra Raiders clash with Souths. I can't help but share this amazing player profile Fox League has done on Canberra's Josh Papalii. I love watching Papa in action. 02.01.2022 For the last couple of years I’ve hosted the ACT Government's ACT Training Awards. I’ve loved watching people who are excelling at their studies recognised for their hard work.
