24.01.2022 So so so appreciative for Cudgegong Cruisers support each year. Thank you to everyone involved!
24.01.2022 Mudgee CAN Assist relies heavily on community support and donations. We are very lucky to have the amazing generous Mudgee community behind us. We want to send our love and strength to all the local businesses that have supported us over the years and are facing uncertainty with the current health crisis that is COVID-19. Whilst we cant support you financially as CAN Assist please know that as individuals we are supporting and shopping local and our thoughts are with you. At present all our fundraisers have been postponed for the foreseeable future. This is to ensure the health and safety or our community, patients we assist and our committee. Stay safe and healthy Mudgee and surrounds xx
24.01.2022 Yes we are all self isolating and trying our best to adapt to the changes each day but I wanted to let you all know that Can Assist Mudgee is still business as usual. Whilst we cant fundraise and certainly arent about to ask for donations when we are all doing it tough we are still able and willing to help those affected by cancer in our region. Now, more than ever, financial assistance is needed and we want to help Please contact us on 0439 994 539 to get in touch with our secretary or message on Facebook and we will help you apply. No means testing and a very simple and easy process.

13.01.2022 What a wonderful initiative from St Vincents College, Potts Point supporting drought affected families in rural New South Wales.
12.01.2022 Can Assist has 55 branches across rural New South Wales and is celebrating its 65th year this year. Our biggest point of difference is that when a Can Assist br...anch asks for a donation, or hosts a fundraising event, you can be assured that 100% of the money raised will stay in that town to support local cancer patients. 11.01.2022 We are very happy to be supporting people with cancer in partnership with Deniliquin CanAssist. Having a car to get to treatment is an absolute must in a rural area, especially with COVID-19 limiting access to public and patient transport.
10.01.2022 It’s a Covid compliant affair but it’s happening... all to raise much needed funds for our branch to help those in our community battling cancer. Would love to see you there!

You were our major sponsor for our annual ball last year and although we cant hold it this year you have still come on board and generously donated $3000 to assist those affected by cancer in our region. We really appreciate it! Mudgee region and businesses we continue to love where we live and the support you provide! I joined this organisation because Im passionate about helping others but in particular I absolutely love that 100% of the money we raise stays in our community and anyone affected by cancer can apply. 04.01.2022 Last year Australians bet MORE THAN $125 MILLION on the 2018 Melbourne Cup. With country people affected by cancer being 35% more likely to die within five years of diagnosis than city patients, Can Assist is here to help improve the odds. If you are placing a bet on the 2019 Melbourne Cup please consider giving that same amount to our Can Assist Branch.... Click below to donate to this branch. All money raised locally stays locally to help our community. https://www.givenow.com.au/canassistmudgee
