After chatting with the masses yesterday it appears we still need like another 6 or so players. It looks like a great tournament,social events and Manny Ramirez...... how many opportunities do you get to get up and personal with a MLB legend? Hope to hear from you as a matter of urgency so a decision can be made. Blacktown will host the inaugural National Masters Baseball Championships from 4th - 8th January 2021. The event is sanctioned by Baseball Australia and conducted by Baseball NSW in conjunction with SportsLink Travel The event will feature three divisions, over-35, over-45 and over-55. Teams of all standards and are invited to attend, which like other Masters event, can be teams currently competing in regular competitions or made up specifically to play in the tournamentA big feature of the event is that it will coincide with the Sydney Blue Sox facing the Perth Heat in the Australian Baseball League and participants will rub shoulders with 12-time MLB All-Star Manny Ramirez at the opening ceremony and take in games and practise sessions., as well as social events while watching the players in action Key inclusions:Tournament entry 5 games minimumTournament Opening Ceremony with Manny RamirezMasters Home run derbyABL training session & pre-game batting practiseABL series entry Sydney Blue Sox v Perth HeatReserved function area during ABL gamesNightly Social eventsEvent presentation functionFinal night partyTournament entry is just $295 per person which includes all the above inclusions, competition baseball, social events and ABL games.
