15.01.2022 I first started my Virtual Tour escapades way back in 2012 in Darwin, NT. It’s where I spent many years travelling around the NT and branched our into Northern WA as well! I’ve been everywhere doing what I do and loving every minute of it. This week I’m back in the NT doing a project with the Hilton chain of hotels. 10.01.2022 I've been using Lowepro camera back packs for all of my photographic career, starting from the smallest to the biggest I could carry. Yet now I need a trolley as I've got so much Nikon Australia gear to carry and my shoulders are pretty shot. I've been trying to find a small one for small ladies, that are nice and bright and can be accessorised how I/we like them. Seems that the only ones I could find, are large bulky and black or khaki and not with a lady photographer's fas...hion sense in mind. So I took the matter into my own hands and decided to make a bag that was stylish and had everything I needed for me! I went searching and found a gorgeous blue Lipault Paris carry on bag, that had only been used once, I'm sure at the local Vinnies. Went to my local Clark Rubber shop and got myself some different types of foam, bought an electric carving knife and here are the results! A little rough around some of the edges, yet it's perfect for me, plus I have my laptop and space for other knick knacks in the front pocket and it only weighs 8.5 kgs... not on my back! Heaven... 09.01.2022 First comes my Camera bag... now it’s face masks! Outer made from some bikinis I found on sale at Target and the inner layer made with Microfiber from a Turbie Twist hair towel! Oh and a pipe cleaner from the craft section of the $2 shop for the nose grip!
