In this virtual workshop Shane will cover how to setup for the: * Daily Scrum * Sprint Planning... * Sprint Review * Sprint Retrospective and * Backlog Refinement A Q and A Session will be conducted after. We will use Microsoft Teams for the event so you can get a first hand walk through of its functionality and limitations.

12.01.2022 At our May event James Halprin joined us to run us through the changes in SAFe 5.0. It's also the first time we've had international community members from South Africa and the United States. Agile is everywhere, and everyone is welcome!

It's a significant update that has a lot of great additions including a strong focus on business agility, customer centricity and design thinking, and the inclusion of the business agility self assessment with guidance on how to accelerate growth.
