22.01.2022 A generous amount of tender, melt in your mouth braised beef stroganoff, deglazed in white wine, simmered in Canberra Gourmet’s beef broth with cream and mushroom. Best served with fetuccini pasta. Method for preparation: Defrost bag in fridge overnight. Boil a pot of water, put the bag in the boiling water and let it boil for 15 minutes. If you are cooking it from frozen, let it boil for 30 minutes. Take the bag out, cut open and serve on pasta. ... Garnish with Parmesan cheese, white pepper and sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley. 02.01.2022 Crispy pork belly (serves 2) $22.00 A crowd favourite, made by Chef Thomas originally for the Chef's Table. Now also available at Canberra Gourmet! 5 slices of slow-braised pork belly, comes with Canberra Gourmet's special barbecue sauce. Method for cooking: Defrost the bag in fridge overnight. If you are using an air fryer, just cut the bag and pop them in at 200 degC for 15 min - 18 min until crispy and serve with barbecue sauce. To grill: Defrost in fridge overnight. C...ut the bag, grill for 10 min- 15min or until your desired crispiness is achieved. Baste with barbecue sauce and serve. Pan sear/pan fry: Defrost in fridge overnight. Put a non-stick pan on the stove and bring to a high heat. Cut the bag open and fry the pork belly turning it twice until crispy for about (6-10min) Take it out and place it on a plate with paper towel to absorb excess fat. Serve with barbecue sauce.
