23.01.2022 Last big ride done in tough conditions, very windy this morning and very warm but the team got it done. Shaun tried to get in the car for return trip but unsuccessful. Great riding by all.

20.01.2022 Day 2 and a nice climb up to Dead Horse Gap, except the coach kept getting dropped . These juniors . Good riding team. A little Smokey to start but cleared as we got higher up the mtn. Glad the fires didn’t hit the capital as they got pretty close to home. .

17.01.2022 Some race start practice to start the days training off . Looking forward to next year with 20 plus youth/juniors on the start line.

16.01.2022 2020 camp is underway after having to cancel the first one earlier in the month. So far so good but major fires very close to Canberra now with smoke coming into Jindi in the afternoon. smoke stays away for the week and fires don’t reach the capital. Ride to Dead Horse Gap in the AM

12.01.2022 These guys worked hard today. A long run on the Thredbo Valley Trail then they backed it up with a very high intensity transition session, going head to head against each other. Testing their transition skills under pressure while pushing their bodies further than they would any other day. Very impressive team. They enjoyed the session so much I was given emoji hugs before the recovery swim . Great day at the office.

12.01.2022 You never know when the Thredbo Yowi Man will appear sometimes I love my job, actually deep down I really do. Great running team 17km in the bank
